During my second module of university one of my courses was to design an interactive gift giving experience.
Me and a colleague, in collaboration with Hallmark, spent over 2 months looking for solutions to problems such as scallability, as well as building a persona to receive the so-called gift.
The final result was very satisfactory, winning an award for Best Overall Experience (the trophy was a chocolate letter!)
